NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS once your package is shipped!!!
- Partial Refund (purchase price MINUS transaction Fees) will be refunded if your order has not shipped. Orders of products already on-hand usually ship 1-5 business days of ordering. Check product descriptions in the SHOP for ETA.
- All the products sold on this website are made by Carmen and Harold. If we don’t have something ready to ship, Carmen will email you and let you know the ETA. Thank you for your patience.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY🌿

Because My Healing Sanctuary is reserved especially for you and your selected dates are held exclusively for your retreat, the following cancellation policy applies:

30 days or more before your scheduled arrival:
Your retreat payment will be refunded, minus any transaction/credit card processing fees.

15–29 days before your scheduled arrival:
50% of your retreat payment will be refunded.

Less than 15 days before your scheduled arrival:
Retreat payments are non-refundable.

There are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused nights or sessions.

Rescheduling

I understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. If you need to change your retreat dates, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be considered depending on the circumstances and availability, but cannot be guaranteed.

If I Need to Cancel Your Retreat

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your retreat and we are unable to find alternative dates that work for you, you will receive a full refund of your retreat payment.

Please understand that My Healing Garden is not responsible for other expenses related to your trip, including airfare, rental cars, hotels, or other travel expenses.

Weather, Wildfires & Other Unexpected Events

My Healing Sanctuary is located on a mountain in North Idaho, where severe weather, wildfire conditions, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control can occasionally—though rarely—affect travel or access to the property.

If circumstances beyond either of our control make your scheduled retreat unsafe or impossible, I will do my best to work with you to reschedule your retreat for another available date.

Travel insurance is recommended if you are traveling from a distance and have non-refundable travel expenses.

Before Purchasing Your Retreat

Please contact Carmen to confirm that your desired retreat dates are available before purchasing your retreat.

By purchasing a My Healing Sanctuary retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and refund policy above.

📦SHIPPING POLICIES

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AUTOMATICALLY AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
- No International Shipping to Germany due to their Packaging Act Law.
- Purchase price minus transaction fees will be refunded to you if your order has a non-U.S. shipping address, and you don’t pay the shipping cost invoice that will be emailed to you, within 4 working days.
- Live outside the U.S.A. and would like to order something? Simply fill out the International Shipping Form, and Carmen will send you an invoice that includes your items and international shipping costs. Please note that Carmen ships with FedEx, UPS, and only use Priority Mail international services if shipping through the Post Office.
- International packages (outside the U.S.A.) are arriving DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). The customer is responsible for paying any Duty fees that your country’s Customs Office charges. Carmen is not given the information of what fees you will be responsible to pay. Each country is different.
You will be REFUNDED for the purchase price MINUS transaction fees if you don’t reply to the emails Carmen sends to confirm/verify/fix your address within 5 days IF the Post Office CAN’T find/confirm/verify your address.
Look at the shipping address in your Confirmation and Shipping emails to make sure the Shipping Address is correct.
- Contact Carmen ASAP if your shipping address is incorrect.
- Once your package is at the Post Office/UPS/FedEx, Carmen can’t fix or change your shipping address.
Once your package is with the Post Office/USPS/FedEx/UPS/etc., Carmen is not responsible for what happens.
- It is your responsibility to track your package. You should be notified by email when your package has been delivered. GO TO YOUR local Post Office/ UPS/ FedEx for ANY DELIVERY ISSUES (haven’t received it by expected delivery date, lost in mail, where was it delivered, etc.). HAVE THEM MAP where it was delivered if you receive an email saying your package was delivered but you don’t have it.
- If you live outside the USA, and your Customs needs the ‘Commercial invoice’ paperwork submitted again, Carmen will resubmit your paperwork.
- Carmen will help you if you need to file a claim with the shipping company.
If a package could not be delivered and the shipping company returns it to Carmen unopened, she will refund you the purchase price of the items MINUS the transaction fees already collected AND the spent shipping cost.
- If you contact her with a new shipping address before Carmen receives the ‘Return to Sender’ package, Carmen will mail your package out again.
