🌎 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING ✈️
💗 Hello, and welcome to My Healing Garden!
I'm happy to ship my products to customers around the world!
📦 Free shipping is available only within the USA.
If you live outside the USA, or would like to send a gift to someone in another country, please complete the International Shipping Form below.
💌 I'll personally look up the shipping costs for your order and email you the information.
🧾 If you decide to purchase, I'll send you an invoice for the products and international shipping.
📌 PLEASE NOTE: I am currently unable to ship to Germany because of its Packaging Act requirements.
You do not need to purchase anything before completing this form.
🌎 HOW TO PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER
📝 STEP 1 — COMPLETE THE FORM
Please fill out the International Shipping Form below completely.
Be sure to include your full shipping address, postal code, country, and telephone number with the correct country code.
I need your complete shipping information to calculate the shipping cost. The shipping system cannot provide accurate rates with only a city and country.
Please also tell me which products you would like to purchase and the quantity of each.
💌 STEP 2 — CHECK YOUR EMAIL
I'll email you as soon as possible with the estimated shipping costs for the products you've requested.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received an email from me within 72 hours.
🧾 STEP 3 — RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE
Once you've reviewed the shipping costs and confirmed that you'd like to place your order, I'll email you an invoice that includes your products and the international shipping cost.
Prefer to pay with PayPal? No problem! Just mention that in the form where you list the products you'd like to purchase, and I'll send you a PayPal invoice instead.
📦 STEP 4 — PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Once your invoice has been paid in full, I'll prepare your order for shipment. Full payment must be received before your order is shipped.
💳 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNATIONAL CARD PAYMENTS
If your credit or debit card payment doesn't go through right away, please contact your bank or card issuer and let them know you're authorizing this purchase.
Many of my international customers have found that their banks require this extra confirmation before approving a payment from another country. This helps the bank verify that the purchase is legitimate.
Once your package ships, I'll email you the tracking information.
💗 Thank you for your interest in My Healing Garden! I'm always happy to help you with your international order!
IMPORTANT — INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Some countries require a personal identification or tax number before international packages can clear Customs. Providing this information ahead of time can help prevent unnecessary shipping delays.
Depending on your country, this may be called a CPF (Brazil), RFC or CURP (Mexico), CUIL/CUIT (Argentina), RUT (Chile), DNI/NIF (Spain), RUC or DNI (Peru), PCCC (South Korea), or another type of identification number.
If your country requires a Customs identification number, please include it in the form below. If you're unsure whether one is needed, I'll be happy to help you check before shipping.
I want your package to reach you as smoothly and quickly as possible, and having the correct information from the beginning helps us avoid unnecessary delays!
