Booking a session is a simple two-step process.
1.Choose Your Session
Browse my Intuitive Readings, Energy Healing Sessions, and Quantum Biofeedback Sessions. After purchasing your session, simply return to this page to request your appointment.
2. 📅 Request Your Appointment
Complete the Appointment Request Form below. Once I receive your request, I'll contact you to schedule a date and time for your session.
Because each session is personalized, appointments are scheduled individually rather than through an automated calendar.
I'll call you from 208-352-2283 to schedule your appointment. If you don't answer, I'll send you a text from the same number.
International Clients… Carmen will email you instead of call you. If you don’t hear from Carmen within 72 hours, please email her.

In order for Carmen to serve all her clients and Customers, she has implemented a no-reschedule and no-refund policy.
You will receive the Distance Energy Healing and/or Biofeedback session you purchased at the scheduled appointment time after you set up your appointment with Carmen.
Carmen will call you at your appointment time if you scheduled an Intuitive Reading with her.
