Feeling out of balance or like your energy just isn't flowing the way it should? This Distance Energy Scan & Chakra Clearing Session is designed to identify energetic blockages, align your chakras, clear your meridians, and help restore the natural flow of energy throughout your body.

What Makes This Session Different?

Unlike many forms of energy healing, this session doesn't simply focus on sending healing energy.

Carmen begins by carefully scanning your entire energetic body to identify areas where energy may not be flowing smoothly. She then checks your chakras for imbalances or misalignment and scans the fourteen primary meridians used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to locate energetic blockages.

Once the scan is complete, Carmen works to clear the energetic blockages she finds and gently align your chakras and meridians, allowing your body's energy to flow more freely.

Every person's energy is unique. The amount of clearing and balancing completed during a session depends on what your body is ready to receive. Some people naturally allow deeper shifts than others.

During Your Session

Your private Distance Energy Scan & Chakra Clearing Session lasts approximately 40–60 minutes.

You'll simply lie down in a quiet, comfortable place, close your eyes, relax, and notice whatever you experience while Carmen works from her office. There is no physical touch, no special breathing techniques, no music, and no preparation required.

This is a no-touch Distance Energy Healing Session that can be received from anywhere.

Your Personalized Energy Report

After your session, I'll email you a personalized report summarizing what I found during your energy scan, including any chakras or energy meridians that needed clearing.

Along with your results, I'll include notes about the chakras and energy meridians that came up during your session. You'll receive information about the qualities associated with those energy centers, along with thought-provoking questions that may help you gain deeper insight into what your energy may be asking you to notice. Many clients find these reflections just as valuable as the clearing itself because they often bring greater awareness to patterns that are ready to shift.

Many clients also appreciate having this report because it provides a visual map of where stress may be affecting their energy. It becomes a helpful reference that you can return to as you continue supporting your wellness through meditation, breathwork, bodywork, journaling, or other energy practices.

After I email your report, I'll give you a phone call to discuss your experience, go over your results, and answer any questions you may have. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and empowered on your healing journey.
