The Conversation with God/Love/Universe session is different because it isn't directed by Carmen's mind or by a list of frequencies. Instead, Carmen serves as a conduit and catalyst, allowing God, Love, and the Universe to guide the healing process according to what you need most in that moment.

Rather than deciding what should happen first, Carmen trusts the greater intelligence of God/Love/Universe to work in the order that best supports your highest good. The healing may be physical, emotional, mental, spiritual—or a beautiful combination of all of these.

Many people describe these sessions as deeply peaceful, insightful, and transformative.

During Your Session

Your private session lasts approximately 50–60 minutes.

You'll be invited to lie down in a quiet, comfortable place, close your eyes, relax, and simply notice your experience while Carmen works from her office. There are no special breathing techniques, candles, music, or physical touch. This is a no-touch Distance Spiritual Healing Session, allowing you to receive the work from wherever you are.

Some people experience deep relaxation. Others notice emotions surfacing, new insights, or a greater sense of peace and clarity. Every person's experience is unique.

How Many Sessions Are Recommended?

One session—or even part of one session—may be all that's needed.

However, Carmen often recommends scheduling up to three sessions within one week of each other (typically 2–7 days apart). While every session is meaningful, many clients report that the third session brings especially significant shifts.

After completing three sessions, it's generally best to allow time for the healing process to continue unfolding before considering additional sessions.

How Does Distance Spiritual Healing Work?

One of the questions Carmen is asked most often is, "Can healing really happen from a distance?"

Through many years of working with clients throughout the United States and around the world, Carmen has found that the energetic work she facilitates is not limited by physical distance.

Healing and transformation occur through an exchange of light and information, allowing people to receive a session whether they are nearby or thousands of miles away.
