YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL with an order # and an ETA on the shipping of your order from MyHealingGarden333@gmail.com within 4 working days. Check your spam/junk/trash folder if you haven’t heard from Carmen in 4 working days. If Carmen has to make something for you because she just sold out, she will let you know the ETA on your order if she needs to make something for you.

Once your order is completed and ready for shipping, Carmen will send an email with your Tracking Number to your Payment/PayPal email you used, and PayPal will have a shipping Tracking Number available.

You will be REFUNDED for the purchase price MINUS PayPal fees if you don’t reply to the emails Carmen sends to confirm/verify/fix your address within 3 days IF the Post Office CAN’T find/confirm/verify your address. Once you order, please check your email (including junk folder) within 24-72 hours to make sure you receive an Order Number and Confirmation for your order from Carmen.
Once your package is with the Post Office/USPS/FedEx/UPS/etc., Carmen is not responsible for what happens. It is your responsibility to track your package. You should be notified by email when your package has been delivered. GO TO YOUR Post Office/UPS/FedEx for ANY DELIVERY ISSUES (haven’t received it by expected delivery date, lost in mail, where was it delivered, etc.). (Your Confirmation email included shipping company used and tracking number.) HAVE THEM MAP where it was delivered if you receive an email saying your package was delivered but you don’t have it. Carmen will help you if you need to file a claim with the shipping company.
If a package could not be delivered and the shipping company returns it to me unopened, I will refund you the purchase price of the items MINUS the PayPal fees already collected. Shipping/postage price will not be refunded unless I receive a refund from the shipping company involved.
