YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL with an order # and an ETA on the shipping of your order from MyHealingGarden333@gmail.com within 4 working days. Check your spam/junk/trash folder if you haven’t heard from Carmen in 4 working days. If Carmen has to make something for you because she just sold out, she will let you know the ETA on your order confirmation email.
IF CARMEN HAS ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER (shipping address verification, etc.), she will contact you via your PayPal email address/phone number. (see #4 in Store Policies below)
Once your order is completed and ready for shipping, Carmen will send an email with your Tracking Number to your Payment/PayPal email you used, and PayPal will also have a shipping Tracking Number available.

** There is NO Automated System to make appointments.
** Carmen will call/text you to set up an appointment. She will email your PayPal address if you don’t fill out the ‘Appointment Request Form’.
** If you purchased Biofeedback or Energy Healing Sessions please make sure to fill out the ‘Release Form’ if you didn’t already to do so.
IMPORTANT: In order for Carmen to serve all her Clients and Customers, she has implemented a no-reschedule and no-refund policy. Thank you for your cooperation!
International shipping NOTEs:
*** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ORDERS —-YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE, if you didn’t already take care of it with Carmen.
Click here to FILL OUT the ‘International Shipping Form’ if you haven’t already done so. (No International Shipping to Germany due to their Packaging Act Law. You will be refunded the purchase price MINUS the PayPal Fee already collected by PayPal.)
Carmen will send you an invoice for your shipping fee. Once you pay, Carmen will complete your order. If you don’t answer Carmen’s email and you don’t pay within 72 hours of purchase, you will be refunded the purchase amount MINUS the PayPal fee automatically collected.
